How we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide course access, save account-based learning progress, respond to support requests, confirm payments and maintain the website.
Payments and service providers
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Talenta Pros does not store your full card number, card security code or UPI PIN. We use service providers where needed to host the site, deliver account messages and process payments.
Browser storage
The learning portal saves course progress to your account. Practice Books demo-company data and certain site preferences may also be stored in your browser, so that demo data may not follow you to another device.
Retention and requests
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements and handle account or payment questions. To ask about, correct or request deletion of account information, contact us at info@talentapros.io. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
